Processing Time: Most deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers during non-business hours or holidays may be delayed by your financial institution's processing times.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through hobi77's internal complaint resolution process by contacting our customer support team. We commit to investigating all complaints fairly and responding within 10 business days.
hobi77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. Remaining legitimate balance (deposits and verified winnings) will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees, provided your Account is in good standing and all verification requirements are met.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Withdrawal of all remaining funds will be processed following standard verification procedures. Once closed, you may not reopen your Account or create a new Account without prior written approval from hobi77.
